This is such a smart ideal on the owners part. A lot of us don't go to Vegas just to gamble, but for "an experience" made up of good food and drink, kicking back, relaxing. Easy to get to a casino if thats what one cares to do. I really think these people are on to something.

Beautiful hotel. I know where my husband and I will try to get a room the next time we come to Vegas. This is a much needed place to get away when needing a break from the casinos—which I frequently need.

Steve, great that you were able to do this video. As a 'local', dealing with tourist (since '79) I do believe this will be a HUGE success! (I; too, am from Boston - as was Sheldon Adelson) Great addition to our city. It compliments the Arts District. Todd & his GM described the market for their venture very well. I plan on sending visitors down there - after 3/2.
