Actually she teaches really amazing but may be becoz of some she got wrong the proof is
Angle A = Angle B
Angle ABE = Angle CFB (alternate angles )
Therefore triangle ABE is similar to triangle CFB (by angle angle test)

3:04 There's a mistake, saying angle ''3'' is equal to angle ''4'' is wrong, as angle ''3'' is not the same as the angle which you've drawn in the diagram below with the red colour. We must solve it by equating angle ABE and angle CFB.

Mam is correct saying that angle3 = angle 4 just we have to add one more statement saying that since AD//BC similarly DE//BC therefore angle3 = angle4 (by alt int angle)
