I have autism and a high sensitivity to noises i use foam and silicone plugs and my headphones to block out the noise completely when it's safe and appropriate to do so. but I'm in university and i want something that can lower the volume and background noise (neon's buzzing, chairs creekin, pen tapping) while still allowing me to hear the professor lectures clearly and have conversations, and hear the trafic on the street so I'm not in danger.... Just a bit quieter, I'm really split between engage plus and experience plus, what do you recommend

I’m going to Taylor Swift’s concert next year and I wrote in a YouTube comment once that I’m genuinely scared the crowd would be too loud and I wouldn’t be able to hear her, whereas I’m paying to watch and listen to her, not the screaming crowd.
