I can't believe that people don't think before they speak.. That explains a whole lot.

In a large group, I am quite, but with group with people I love, I am open and a good leader, and people look up at me.

This reminds me of work. People believed me to be depressed and antisocial because I'm quiet, but because I always had the best ideas, everyone comes to me. Unfortunately, because of my demeanor, I've been passed on two promotions. Instead, extroverted people with perky behavior have been elected. I trained them for their positions and both of them still come to me for ideas and help in their leadership roles. I took on the task of mimicking extroverted people at work so I might get a promotion. Sadly, now the higher ups think I'm weird. Just can't win.

introverts also have a tendency to desire an intelligent conversation with one or two people, (no more, because then it becomes a head ache) so if you ever want to talk to introvert, please approach with something worth thinking about. btw, im not mad, im thinking.

The worst thing is when you and a group of people are trying to come up with an answer to a question, and no one takes your opinion into consideration because you don't give it as often.
Like I don't talk much, so if I do, y'all better listen up cause it must be important.

I was offended and misunderstood very often because of my introversion. But im really happy to see this kind of point of view plaguing the internet.

I had so much sh*t from extroverts and i also tried to change myself but it couldnt work out. But now i see the truth.

i am easily distracted, but i keep my close friends and my drawing in mind ALL THE TIME. i sometimes don't think about what i say before i say it.... but alot of times it comes out smart and witty. i love working on things alone, but i love leading groups because.... well.... naturally i would think my decisions are good. i jump to conclusions, but after receiving a punishment, i contemplate deeply why it happened.
(but my talent is giving people the mafia stare when i want them to tell the truth)

I'm a introvert and I never fail in a group project because I listen to my group mates. After I listen to their opinion I tell them what can they do and for me to help them. I always tell them, "I'm not good at this project but if we help each other or all of us do something to contribute. I promise you we won't fail" and it always end good :D

Based on this, I'd say introverts are good leaders for introverts, and extroverts are good leaders for extroverts. But it also means that extrovert leaders are good at keeping everything as it is and have an easy time doing that, while introverts are trying to improve things for everybody and have a difficult time. Basically the same dynamic that you get in all affairs of 'mediocre mainstream'.
This I-E distinction is becoming quite the explosive matter, because it implies that introversion is the smarter way which yields new insights and understanding necessary for envisioning and then shaping a better world.
Because of that: I realize the distinction is useful for illustration and clarification, but I prefer to see it not as an either-or, but as a scale. You're not so much looking at two different things as looking at the same concept from two sides.
Still, it seems I'm quite introverted, and that, combined with experience, also makes me see how extroverts tick. Apparently people often *allow* themselves to be easily distracted because they are afraid of looking inside, of listening to the inner voice/silence, because it is too painful for them. Not sure whether it's defining for the whole extreme of the scale, but extroverted behavior can be a desire for external distraction from internal issues.
Related to that, I also don't believe that saying about acoustically isolated chambers driving people crazy. I think this only happens to people who can't stand to be alone with themselves.
Bottom line: Yeah, I got awesome qualities, but in a very extroverted social environment it's usually not received well.

The style of the animators is so cute and simple, but has such nice little details on the celebrities. It's awesome!

Yup.... there are times wherein they are planning for something in my class then the extroverts just talk about it without thinking at all then suddenly me and my other introvert friend just came up with an idea because we think deeply then everyone just followed us... it's like Extroverts are the sheeps while Introverts are the sheperds...

I have ADHD and an introvert, so when she said introverts tend to be able to focus more (or something like that) I was all like, yeah okay.

I like it this way. It makes it more interesting to watch, especially for young viewers. Instead of this being just some talk about some facts, like a teacher would do, they make it fun to listen, and I have to say that they got my full attention the whole time :) good job (you've got a new subscriber)!

As an introvert, I spend half of the school period shushing my friends and telling them to stay on task. I love anticipating the future, and I am not so well at group tasks. I always like to go solo, and I share my ideas with those who can understand the ideas (I am 5 grades above my grade level), because most people think I'm boring. I also enforce diplomacy, and I have sent letters to the President about ideas to solve issues in the American society. I accept and recognize my "introvertiness"!
