With the massive new buff to the Enduring Legacy build, going from 1.7x crit to 2.3x crit at base, this weapon is dealing massive amounts of DPS. The big question is, Sharp Precision Shot or Mental Focus as the gold mod? Today we will be doing a huge damage breakdown to test the ins and out of these two mods on our Enduring Legacy build.

I'm guessing the 82% Crit Rate is from the descendant not just what the gun has ?

dont forget greg's reversed fate is stupidly fun now with the auto fire option and reworked bombardment trigger. i got two unique ability enhancements on it so far and it's already overtaken thundercage to #1 in my list of favourites. i havent unlocked enduring legacy yet but i'm happy to know it's worth the grind :D

i wonder what the overall comparison/breakdown for something like python/enduring/garden in at least a bossing sense, especially if not used by a valby or enzo to cap off crit. if a incredibly high base crit on garden would beat out a large clip and atk on enduring, or weakpoint of python?

sps also decreases max (in)accuracy due to higher top rate of fire so it can make some shots miss weakspot, especially when it's a smaller weakspot(like bride-type chest).
sps is great for dumping rounds into a colossus while teammate is riding it/it's down(no need to care whether you hit weakspot since rage meter doesn't build) or solo where you can break parts in one mag to stagger the colossus.
mental focus is the generally more useful option, I use both and often forget to swap on gley.

If i already have gold fire attack on my gun do i swap fire enhancement with rifle reinforcement? I also have gold crit rate and gold crit damage with purple colossi damage. Also, is this build still really viable without enzo for the crit rate?

Why weakpoint sight and not rifling reinforcement which gives a flat 32% dmg?

You aren't going to be 1 mag killing hard bosses. You're basing that kind of talk on numbers from a target with much less defense than a Colossus

Mental focus would only be better in cases of ammo scarcity or movement mechanics. Otherwise, you'll always want more damage sooner, so just use sps.

As far as adds go, use a Thunder Cage. Don't spec a great boss killer for trash when you're handed a great mob killing gun for free.

Why does my firearm enhance buff laat like 3 seconds or less? Ive put all maxed mods for durstion, it says the pod lasts 26s, but not the buff.

Why Weak Point Sight ? The gun has a 1.0 weakp multiplier. Something like Concentrate SuppAmmo (+30 magazine +6.5%CDMG) would be alot better no ?

with sharp precision shot was wondering about not playing expanded weapon charge, and playing rifiling reinforcement, but honestly i don't know . because with fire enhancement if u are against a boss with fire resistance is useless :(, or u find that mod good aniway?

only gley can make metal focus worth it to use outside of gley i think just go for SPS the fsater you unload your mag the better
