I feel this in my bones! I am always saying as my mantra: life is easy and flows. When I learned how to paint, people were amazed I learned so quickly, but during the learning process every time I ran into a challenge I said to myself: this is fun and easy and I enjoy the challenge. Now I see people learning to paint and draw and they make it WAY more difficult then they need to.

I've noticed in times when I've sat with trauma and really felt stuck in victimhood, simply saying the words "I am far more powerful than my trauma" would immediately shift everything to the point where what these heavy energies that felt so much bigger than me began to feel like nothing. Now what I'm noticing is that, if I hold my power and my connection to Spirit, I feel completely untouchable, and all the trapped emotions in my body become these inner children that I can hold with ease in this expansive space of unconditional love. I really do feel like the sky instead of the clouds. The way we see and relate to what's inside and outside of us... it's everything.

Dear Kyle I see the magic in you too! Before my PTSS breakdown I never saw my patterns and my way of escaping life. I was addicted to work and always waiting to fit in or get confirmation by the world. Suddenly I had to take care of myselve and listened to my inner guidance and wisdom. Its true life is easy for me now since I do fully love myselve and I stopped wanting anything. I cant decribe it but all my problems disappeared by putting my selve first and not demanding others. I watched this video before bed last night. My first thought this morning; I binge ate again yesterday-I went to that restaurant. All my life I have heard how weight loss is HARD; hard work, discipline, dedication, determination (all these D words!). Kyle=weight loss is EASY, don't eat! Don't go to the restaurant! Shift in perspective. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🌟❤🙏❤🙏🌟

Bless you Kyle...when you say.... "guilt is a waste of time because you were at your highest level of awareness when".... What comes up in me is this ...."but, however"....that I get stuck in. That level of awareness at that time- though the best I could do at the time, hurt my children in that in their growing up years, I was so broken that I was emotionally unavailable, distant as a human being let alone a true mother. I see the results and the pain in them - now in their 30's - that I caused. As I began to awaken 5 years ago... The guilt overwhelms me...and also a deep grieving overwhelms that I can't go back and nurture and be what I could now be for them. I get stuck in guilt and grief. I'll sit with it...but I'll sit forever with it....and it makes me deeply sad and unable to thrive and keep awakening deeper. I choose to stay open however and let God move in this.
