Being doctor myself sir i just followed ur videos and lost about 8 kg wt in 2 mnths with just maintaining 14 hr gap and eating consciously avoiding processed food....thanks a lot

I am following ur 12-16 hours fasting and after 2 months I lost 10 following diet religiously. Morning breakfast, protein salad in lunch, afternoon Gym and proper Dinner at 6 PM ( Roti, Sabji, Dal, Rice)....though my diet is not 100% losing weight
and I have left in between snacking

Children do need healthy food but everything requires balance, a kid can very well handle, all the food you included in the video, once or twice a week, cause your kid also needs to build immunity, along with eating
