Nepad Agency urging Africa to build capacities for it to benefit from extractive industries

Nepad Agency is urging African states to build the necessary capacities to be able to benefit from the extractive industries sector on the continent. The Director of Programs at Nepad Agency Estherine Fotabong says low capacity in writing contracts and negotiations in the extractive industry in Africa has denied the continent much needed royalties.
