I used to work as a nurse with recovering adolescent substance users, one of the activities we would do to teach humility and personal strength was boxing training, the clinic hired a professional boxing coach, the job required that even the nurses would practice with the kids to project equality, as well as a source of tension release for the kids, that was one of the best experiences of my life, to learn and respect the ropes.
