Start with the FIX first. People don't want to sit through a video of your TV buffering.

Thanks for the video. I wanted to make sure everyone knows another option. If you are a home owner or do have access to your router you can simply run a network cable directly from the router to the TV. Network cables are cheep and you'll get the speed you have on a PC if you use one. It's easy to run, it doesn't need to be perfect. Mine just runs down from my office into the basement and back up behind the tv. I had the same issue with my LG tv, so I ran the cable, (I put in a splitter ) and ran one to my fireTV and the other to the TV's LAN. Now I have 100+ Mbps at the TV, no more buffering period!. The apps still have to load, so Netflix won't just pop up on the screen, it's up to how fast your TV is.

Thanks for this video which was very helpful. I was having this problem ever since we moved. Was all set to purchase a router extender. HOWEVER, in you tube I found under settings there is the possibility of sharing tv and device e.g. iPad, iPhone and I assume other tablets. . (Exactly like mirroring on Apple TV). It shows an icon to click on and I immediately was able to watch my movie without interruption.

Great video thanks. I've got a jvc smart tv and when I scroll down to the WiFi settings it freezes on the wired and wireless Internet part and even my sky box won't work now

My tv is a 6 yr old smart Samsung 32” tv and until this yr worked well with AT& T but I’m in an apt and every tenet has their choice of cable network. I’m 72 live alone so I was wondering if you know which of these I should buy. I’m already confused but found an ATT guy to do it.
