This is a typical dust problem. I have an pg tv and after few years it has started to do this. I had called a lg engineer who opened the tv, used a bush to clean dust from the electric board and then turned it on. It worked. Costed me more than 1k for this.

Now, whenever my tv does this I simply do the same and get it running without calling the engineer

Try this:
1. Unplug the TV
2. Remove the battery on the remote
3. Turn the TV on manually using the back button
4. Once TV works/on, put back the battery.

This is the first troubleshooting I've read in LG forum. When I encounter this issue, I unplug 1 battery then turn on the TV using the back button on the TV.

It always works for me, then I put back the battery once the TV is on.

Explanation for this is there's a tendency the remote power is malfunctioning that pressed the power automatically, which is the reason why power seems on and off.

I'm not really sure how to fix it permanently, but this TS works for me at least 100 times. Hahaha. Ps: there's also an incident that didn't work in the first attempt

May be s -protect is turned on because some short on the logic board or some kind of backlight issue

To Hard Reset Pro Series Mi TV:
1. Power off TV
2. Disconnect power cord from power socket.
3. Wait for 10-15 sec.
4. Press (Back) and (OK) keys simultaneously on remote.
5. Plug in power cable.
6. Aim remote towards centre of the TV
7. Keep pressing the buttons on remote till TV boot up to Recovery mode.
8. Factory reset option will be available on screen.
Select it and thereafter select reboot option from the Menu.

Omg I’m having this same issue now. Our TV was not used for 3 days it’s just unplugged and when we got back home trying to use it, it shows that same thing.

Same here 😂i thought my tv is almost dead 😅then i checked again my plug was in negative and now i rotate the plug then tv worked ❤

Backlight is working it’s probably the timing control board. You can also try unplugging the TV and holding the power button on the TV for 30 seconds the flush the remaining power out of it, plug it back in and try again.

AM HAVING THIS SAME PROMBLE sorry for caps everytime i turn it on the jvc sighs doesnt shows up and its like a black/blue screen

If It doesn't been crash 💥. It can be a automatic mode to save power. So you can try ib four ways . It really works 👍
1, change the batteries of your remotes, and try .
2 unplug your TV for 60 sec and plug it again .
3 . Unplug your TV, and press the power button for 30 sec, and after plug it again.
4. Try to plug your TV in another source of power .

same problem as mine
i tried everything change batteries unplugging
plug it directly to the outlet (not to the extension) still not working and it’s stressing me out acquired the tv just a year and a half
