Caught in Providence: The Name Francesco

For 24 years Judge Caprio has been trying to get someone to name their baby after him, to no avail.

Coming in to court is voluntary, in most cases. The majority of defendants come in to fight their ticket because they felt they were wrongly ticketed, or they have an excuse they'd like the judge to consider. People do have the option to mail in their payment.

I have been a follower of Judge Frank . I have been a fan of his ideologies, commitment, compassion and sense of humor. I have never been to Providence and does not love in the US but we need people like him around the world. I have named my daughter Frencheska and I am giving birth on May next year and if it's a boy his name is definitely gonna be Francesco. God bless from the Philippines.
