I have a new stethoscope and when I put it on my chest I can hear my heart but when I breathe in and out I don’t hear anything. Am I just too inexperienced to know where to put the stethoscope?

Is this sound sample acquired by deleting all the surrounding noises and impulse noise including the heart sound? What algorithm did you use to delete those sounds?
