I made your lemon chicken pasta last week, but added some finely chopped zucchini and onion. My son liked it, and my dil loved it! They are both autistic and have sensory issues so it's hard to find cheap, easy, healthy meals that they like. Sheet pan meals have been my saving grace lately for this very busy season of my life. They are also minimal ingredients, so they are cheaper to make as well. My family's go-to is the bbq chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli. We loooove it and go back to it over and over again. Thank you for these amazing recipes ❤
