Love sheet pan dinners. Do them at least once a week. A good add to veggies especially the green beans and potatoes is Ranch seasoning and add a little brown sugar to the ketchup.

Hi Julia. I made the mozzarella stuffed meat loaf and vegetables. The meatloaf was the most delicious I’ve ever had. Once again, I can’t believe I made something that tastes this good. I added a butternut squash (chopped in small cubes) to the vegetables (and another tablespoon of olive oil). I don’t think I needed the extra oil, but the squash added so much flavor (and made for a nice big plate). Thank you so much for teaching me how to cook!!!

Oh Julia, these all look wonderful! And I love the idea of starting the meat to marinade before going off to work in the morning. Makes dinner that much easier to get on with when you get home.
