Today we're making the Phoenix blouse from Hey June Handmade. This top has some great features that can up your sewing game from basic to "where did you GET that?!". I wanted to make a detailed sew along for beginner sewists to be able to push themselves and learn a few new things and enter those brave waters of "confident beginner". You're welcome!
I'm using some second hand fabric that was gifted to me by the family of an elderly lady who is no longer sewing. She's someone I've known my entire life. I grew up a few miles from her. Her husband (and occasionally she) drove me to school my entire 13 years. This garment is a special one.
