A one hand approach is better. The two hand as seen in this video, restricts movement . One may think that steadiness is achieved.
With one hand and a light touch, the stinger, finger tips allow for rotation. Don't grip it as though it's a motorcycle throttle grip.

Cut that rod in half. Less you got dangling out there plus it’s more stable if you cut it in half.

I normally don't take 2g test, but when I do I do them flat 😂😂😂

Idk but.. i usually do a Dry run.. a wet run? Wind runs idk but yes.. it gets comfortable if it gets wet.
