Hot take: Paul Skenes is the best young pitching prospect since Jose Fernandez. He just has it. Everytime i watch him pitch (Cubs fan here) it seems like he'll get u at least 10-12 K's and 6--7 innings. Jose just seemed like a veteran, even as a rookie. He was so confident and electric it was something to behold. I feel very similiar with Skenes.
