I just bought an ‘86 944, this will be part of my regular maintenance. My dad had a 944 during the late 80’s, one of the sunroof drains got clogged and the interior got soaked. PITA to clean up. Rather catch this problem before it creates another. Great video.

Bringing water “into” the car in order to get water “off” of the car may not have been the best design philosophy, but hindsight is 20/20 I guess. 🤣

Your battery tray looks pretty sound. Others are not so lucky.
