This Divers Date was so damaged that its owner thought it was on its way out. But you can always restore a mechanical watch. Right?

love the work you're doing and I'm sure you restored in line with the customer's instructions. That said, I'd definitely want to keep that dial, maybe even the bezel insert too.

Great work. The older Oris divers with blue dials were notorious for fading completely much like the dial In this video!

There is something about Oris watches that gets my attention when I look at them. Lovely dials, superb execution. Basically, if you are a watch enthusiast, you got to have at least one Oris in your collection. Keep up the good work.

Gute Arbeit! Es wäre natürlich auch sehr interessant zu erfahren, wie viel solch eine Restauration kostet!

If the watch is serviced in the UK will it receive the same (exceptional) standard of restoration?

The TT1 is just far nicer than the Aquis. Aquis too similar to Longines Hydroconquest. TT1 has it’s own unique design.
Bracelets are incredible on these as well.
Despite the chunky look these are actually quite thin (11mm) and they wear like a 39mm due to the integrated bracelet and the way the case tapers up to the bezel from the wrist.
Just picked the white dial with faded blue bezel off eBay for £400!!! There is no better swiss diver than these for the price now.

Lovely restoration, would have kept the yellow dial tho :) Also, any titan restoration videos coming up soo? I have a TT3 you could restore if you run out of watches to show ;) (really hoping for some aquis titanium releases from Oris in the future!)

The kettlebell case of these old TT1 divers are so cool. And the wave dial needs a comeback. This watch turned out great. Does the original owner get the tropical dial back?

Hi I have an oris 7533p diver and lost one of the lug friction pins for the rubber bracelet

Can anyone tell me where to find a replacement friction pin that will fit?? Thanks!

Beautifully done.
But how had the gold dial got so marked when it’s under sealed glass?
