I could have a cup of coffee with this lady, and talk for hours. She seems very easy to talk to.

We will all adjust and grow and be fine as a species. Women dont have to shrink, and men dont have to stop being confident.

The basic lesson here applies to so many things, from gender roles in society to dating to cultural and societal pressures and norms to act in certain ways. So many things aren't objectively right or wrong versus merely how everyone else is doing it and how others expect us to act, think, dress, look, and feel.

Thank God.
This is the first time on the net that I hear about a normal society.
Making sense.
This is the way.
No list of expectations.
No making a sandwiches to get your car door opened
No wanting to be princesses or an Alfa fool
Well done Norway.
In my country,
We ask for nothing,
but we expect a lot.❤😂

I did Erasmus in Norway and sadly interacting with the locals was crazy difficult.

It's perfectly ok for her to suggest a coffee to someone SHE chooses ❤

Even in Viking times women had a lot of rights in the house hold...more than most in that time

she is talking about Chivalry, not to "rule over" but apparently feminists in the western world killed it.

That is why I approach the man. Usually shy quiet men, if I find he is nice I take him, he is too shy and quiet to say no. So it is a win win situation for me.

Exactly, a man is the main character, but also, a REAL MAN should be taking care of his family.

The responsability of your woman and kids is your responsibility. If some men could learn that from home, the world would be different.

I moved to England from Holland, and the gentlemen I were dating always paid for my drinks. They didn’t have to, but they chose to. It makes you feel so special and looked after. I would never go back to dating a Dutch man.
