ELDEN BEAST: OVERRATED/UNDERRATED? #eldenring

i’m an elden beast defender because it looks cool and was challenging after the radagon fight

it had such a unique vibe to it like ur floating in space

I loved the elden beast fight. My only complaint was that I had to fight radagon everytime. I just put on max holy defense armor and shield and it did just chip damage. The fight, area and music are amazing.

I've always said Elden Beast should be unlocked if you collect all the shards. Because there's little incentive to fight the optional bosses like you can easily get every ending without even going to the Haligtree or Mohgs palace. (That much lore shouldn't be optional as is)
Whereas if I have all the shards then I get the beasts attention because of how much stronger than Radagon I am. But if I don't then I'm just another vessel for it so I get basic ending

Its a shame since the Atmosphere and Cinematic aspect is amazing, but the boss didnt live up to the hype

Honestly this boss is absolutely beautiful as a final boss. The music, the arena, it just makes you tear up at how breathtaking it all is. It really gives off a fantastic amount of final boss energy, and I think it’s actually really fun.

I don't care how many times I died to the elden beast but I have to point out how incredible the visuals are. Absolute chills man

I like ring attack tho. It's pretty telegraphed as EB starts floating upward before it, just start running out of it and jump over the ring.
My only real issue is Elden Stars, like there's no way you can dodge it entirely, it's not a clean hit, it just chase you faster than your running speed and always land a couple small hits even to best of us.

This boss is NOT overrated lmao. Everyone either dislikes it or thinks its just okay.

I personally think Torrent wouldve made it the perfect final boss, he was by your side from the beginning and now hes here with you to help you finish the fight, wouldve made it much better so you can actually catch up and add to the feeling and bond with torrent
