This is such a great video! No one else has done this on YouTube and I’ve learned a lot from it. Quick question — Any idea if an RTX 2060 turbo would fit as a replacement for the graphics card?

The motherboard of this thing is awesome. Besides, you can upgrade graphics card from 6pin to 8pin. You just need a new extension cable, so it will allow you to install more powerful card, as long as it is a blower type with all connector fitting in the bezel, and within max power range

Great video. I just got my GR8 ii in from eBay and needed to figure out how to open it to check for dust buildup since the processor keeps getting hot and spiking at 100° while staying on a steady 70 to 80° during gaming.
Question, is it normal for this desktop to get so hot and for the fan to be so loud off and on? ... Asus chat said it was normal, but I never seen this before of all the desktops I've owned. So figure I'd ask you since you own it as well.

Great and very useful guide!! Really good job. Thank you very much. I was looking for such a material for a long time.
You surprised me about possibility to upgrade graphics card. First proof that such an upgrade is possible at all. I love this PC regardles of some disadvantages (upgrade easyness and noise) and it is good to learn about all you recorded. Greetings from Poland.

Great video, very helpful! I appreciate that you still respond on these, and the comment on the videos being more helpful the older it gets.

Did you ever change your graphics card in this before you sold it?

And also did you upgrade the CPU to the 7700 as you mentioned was the best you could get to this board or did it come with it?

I'm thinking about adding another ram card as you did, but would you swap out the old as well?

And lastly, how often would you recommend full disassembly, cleaning and changing of cooling paste?

Liked and subbed. Il check out more content to learn

Hey I need some help. I just watched your video through and I have some questions regarding upgrading RAM.

First, what kind of RAM is in this PC? You said in the video ddr4, but in another comment you said sodimm. Which RAM should I buy?

Also, what is the max amount of RAM I can put in this PC? You said 32gb in the video, but told someone else 64gb. Can I put up to 32gb or 64gb of RAM in this PC?

Thank you
