These hacks saved the day on our most recent road trip! Our kids will watch shows for part of the time, but inevitably they get bored. The hourly goodie bags and paper chain countdown gave them something to look forward to each hour & helped make things exciting! What's been helpful on your road-trips?!

Great ideas. I love the window caddy BUT if someone rolls the window down there could be a mess. So I would keep that it mind and lock the back windows if possible.

This is want I need for my kids. I’m going on a 4 hour road trip, and this is such a good idea. My kids always ask me “are we there yet?” Or “ how much more hours??” And they always get hungry on the road trip instead going in a gas station 24/7. Thanks!

I love the hourly goodie bag idea! But I’ll have to save that one for a short road trip. We have 3 kids and have 11 hours to drive so that would amount to 33 bags! 😱 Where to store all of that?! But for a 2-4 hour trip, I’m totally doing it!
