This is more of a testament to Bork. What if, it was a mythic item?

How is that not balanced? The guy is lvl 9 while ramnus is lvl 8. Has BotrK done at 11 minutes and thats a huge powerspike on irelia, is 4-1-1, plays it perfectly, going in to bait ramnus E and going out immediatly, trys to gets out, but still gets caught, flashes out, W the noc full combo, stuns him with E, and imediatly goes to lifesteal of minions with Q and AA, comes back, procs BotrK passive and goes to kill ramnus who is literally a 300 hp the whole time and did nothing beside looking at nocturne.

2 not skilled champions, they can kill easliy but also dead easily, and skilled champion (Irelia) she can dead easily only when her player is noob :)
