My biggest take away
1. Load > Manufactured > Storage: create boards according to this direction
2. Who does What by When
3. Colour code with Work on Business, mix and Work in Business (strategic, mix, tactical) so that you know what to outsource/delegate and focus on higher level tasks

As a former Quality Manager in production, I understand this so well... process capture, assignment of the responsible person, linking performance with KPI and Kaizen continuous improvement. It's similar to Kanban cards... We used to do this all manually before Trello. Thank you, Peng Joon, for showing it all! Hahah.. boss asks only the 'Why' question! (Why you missed the deadline? as if why was so important lol)
