I have now given up eating sugar for 6 days. I now have the energy to exercise, and my acne have begun to disappear as if they were not there. I also became less inclined to eat carb and began to drink a lot of water. All of this happened suddenly Without any resistance.

I did not eat sugar and felt:
-rlly tired
-was in a bad mood
-had incredible headaches ngl
If I had to say, my headache seriously lastet for around 4-5 days, but was it worth it? Yes actually.
Just, the fact that u fall back to sugar is kinda sad. Like, it's just so easy to seek sugar and eat it. Dayum. It takes some hard work ngl.

I started with cutting out candy and sugar in drinks. I eat normal, but avoiding meals of restaurants, because they often add sugar everywhere. since it started I had crazy dreams and woke up at night. On night 4, I had another crazy dream, but after that, I had such a good sleep like I had years ago... I keep going, there is less inflammation in my body. Before I reduced sugar, I stopped drinking drinks with caffeine. Maybe that is a reason why I don't have carvings for sugar.

I am 15 yo andI started with cutting sugar and any food made with sugar with drinking a lot of water and having 8 hours of sleep a week ago and that's what changed
1- I was depressed
2- I was tired all the time
3- I was hungry ash
4- My skin became more clear ngl
5- my cheekbones became a bit more noticeable
That's it, My goal is to cut sugar forever for much healthier life

Yeah these symptoms are kinda true, I'm at day 5 and I feel so irritatable and I've been waking up more during the night. I keep my limit to 1 sweet thing per day, like 4 pieces chocolate. Nothing more

everytime i feel i need something sweet or a drink carbonated one, i do a quick reset by a cold bath or a cold face wash, i saw this method in brooklyn 99 and at first i saw it to be a mad thing to do, but it actually works

I sttoped for like 3 days and i can see a difference in my skin... I had so much acne and from the day i sttoped this drug it started fadding away only scars but no more inflammed pimples and my waist became smaller i lost some weigh and i'm proud of it i d'ont have any of those simptoms... Only cravings it worth trying

I do have a sugar addiction but for some reason these few weeks i never felt like eating it. Which made it easier for me to go on a diet to help me lose weight!

Pretty accurate data, although some of them do not happen in the times specified, I saved money and lost weight in less time. (I'm two years and a half on keto).

For me personally, when I stopped consuming sugar like I used to i was 107kg and now fast forward few months in I went from 107kg to 97kg. 10kg weight loss yeah but other than reducing sugar intake you also need to have a good diet to go a long with it, don't forget to exercise too as it helps your body to adapt the new changes and you stay fit.
