Survival guide if this actually happens:
•You can still try to get rid of the water by splashing it until it’s empty.
•Once it’s empty you can do leg and arm exercises
•You can also stand up (If you’re a male you can pee outside the bath.)
•Even if you’re female you can still urinate in the drain.
•For defecation you can have your feet still in but you can sit on the edge and poo on the outer surface then push it away.

Actually if you drop your phone in water you should not put it in rice because the rice will find its way in to the phone and it could damage hardware. It’s better to leave your phone out and let it dry
