I would like to create a new account on my PS4. But the region is invariable, and it is in Chinese.
Despite that I wanted to create my account for the region of china, but at the level of the verification to my email, it refers me to finish the verification on the validation of a code that must be sent to me on 1 Chinese phone number.

Mine returns an error occured when I try to sign in. It shows up the QR code screen(without the actual QR code) for a few seconds before it returns with "an error occurred". I could not even input my email to sign in

I did connect to other wifi back in 2 months and back to my wifi and it worked but now it doesn’t so i think it is related to license reset or 2 authentication password i dunno 🤷🏻‍♂️ i want to change to pc so badly rn lol
