Kratos can stay awake for so long cause of multiple reasons other than his God hood even when he was still mortal in gow1 he climbed on chronos the titan for 3 days straight to get to pandoras temple without even breaking so much as a sweat. This comes from his spartan training, they barely ever let Spartans sleep and even then the soldiers often attempted to kill each other in their sleep. Not to mention Kratos was often haunted by his nightmares and is still weary they will return he had went through GoW 1-3 without much to any sleep not wishing to experience another nightmare of his first wife and daughter dieing by his hands. Point being is Kratos has nearly infinite stamina and like fine wine just gets better with age
