NASA Has Made a Shocking Discovery About Extraterrestrial Life. Could it change everything we thought we knew about our species?

The biggest conundrum - outside the questions on how our universe came to be - is whether we are alone in our solar system, our galaxy, or even in the entire universe at large. For the last 50 years, scientists have held out the hope that maybe… just maybe, humankind is not the only biological life existing in the universe.

2 aliens are talking in outer space, looking down on Earth. "It seems the inhabitants of planet Earth have created nuclear technology and missiles" says one alien "are they showing signs of intelligence?" asks the other "I dont think so. They seem to be aiming at themselves"

I think the biggest problem is that we have assumed that any intelligent life on other planets would have to be similar to us. We apply the laws for our existence to other planets. However if we look at all life forms on our own planet, we can find living creatures in all kinds of conditions! Low oxygen, very dark, extreme heat and cold. So if we were to consider all life forms and their living conditions here then we can view other planets with a more open minded viewpoint of how life can and might have evolved in different habitats that are far beyond what us humans are capable of existing in. And maybe, if there is intelligent life out there somewhere, they haven’t come here because our atmosphere is toxic to them! Think outside the box! Why narrow ourselves to the idea that aliens have to be very similar to us?

But I'm sure there are other habitable planets.
It's just a matter of time. Our children, our grandchildren and our grandchildren's
children will have no doubts about this. And who knows, they will have discovered
a way to travel between these planets without using any material energy.
They will travel just by thought. Please don't laugh, because what was unthinkable

We can't estimate the possibilities because there is so much we don't know yet. Intelligent life might be very rare but not unlikely. The universe is big enough to make it happen

One planet in each galaxy with life like ours is not only possible, I believe (with only my gut feeling) is probable. For some reason beyond our grasp, we will never be able to find out.

I hate when people say life is only here. That there is no life on other planets because it's gotta be made up like us. When that is not true by any stretch of the imagination. Life and I mean intelligent life can be on any planet. We don't know
