Restart Your PS4:
Sometimes, a simple restart can clear temporary glitches. Power off your PS4 completely, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Rebuild Database:
Use the "Rebuild Database" option in Safe Mode. This can help organize data on your hard drive and potentially fix issues related to corrupted data. Here's how:

Turn off your PS4 completely.
Hold down the power button until you hear two beeps: one when you press it, and another about seven seconds later.
Connect your DualShock 4 controller using a USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
Choose the "Rebuild Database" option.
Delete and Redownload:
If the corrupted file is associated with a game, application, or update, try deleting the file and then redownloading it. Go to the PS4 home screen, highlight the application, press the "Options" button on your controller, and select "Delete." Then, go to your library or the PlayStation Store to redownload the content.

Check for System and Game Updates:
Ensure that your PS4's system software and any affected games or applications are updated to the latest versions. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

Restore from Backup:
If you have a recent backup of your data, you might be able to restore your system to a point before the corruption occurred. Keep in mind that this will restore all data to that backup point, so you might lose progress made after that point.

Initialize PS4:
As a last resort, you can initialize your PS4. This will restore the system to its factory settings, effectively wiping all data from the console. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with this step.

Bought a new game, new console, still the same problem, when I do get in the game using the YouTube glitch, I cannot get online, get the same error code, over and over, all of my games give the same error code, rebooted my router, restored database on the new and old console, nothing works, I am convinced the problem here is SONY. They are forcing us to buy PS5 which is pretty obvious, it’s a shame how Sony has become like Microsoft these days, I preferred PlayStation over Xbox my whole life because Sony had free online gaming, they have become very greedy over the years…

For the deleting your data part at 1:09, you could also use an external hard drive that uses USB or a USB that has 64 - 512 GB with USB 3.0 and you could back it up on the device as well before deleting it and then reinstalling and redownloading the data for the game

I found a personal fix all I did was take my hard drive out NOT REPLACE I just took it out but when I put it back inside the ps4 I pressed down very hard on it with all my body weight kind of jamming it back in and my ps4 works perfectly fine no more corrupted error code I’m thinking for some reason my hard drive was out of place from maybe one of the many falls it took
