It's weird. I can watch a ton of these videos and not blink an eye.

But when it comes to the real thing? Nope. You won't get me out of the hotel room. You go ahead. I'm keeping myself out of that scariness.

I would have gotten rid of most of the jump scares. Although, I don't think this movie is a good fit for a haunted house to begin with.. So much of its effectiveness is the build up of dread. Hard to capture that in a walkthrough attraction. When I was younger, the more visceral elements scared me.. they don't now. The live action stuff looked amateurish to me.

I never got to go through this one...the wait was always 2.5 hrs or so....I was hoping they would have done at least one of them in FX makeup instead of masks though :*(

This maze is one of their best. I was working Jurassic Park that year and I told everyone who asked me what the best maze was "you can't leave until you experience The Excorcist"
