Is ADHD a gift or a struggle? It really depends on who you ask really.
Everyone hates labels but sometimes, when it comes to mental health, we need labels so we can work from them.

Our videos show almost every adult with ADHD explaining how frustrating, confusing, and life-sucking their ADHD can be. Certainly, many are learning to manage it, often quite successfully, but they are not loving it. Many feel relieved that they finally understand what is happening. Everyone will tell you that getting a diagnosis changes everything.

Self diagnosis is something that shouldn't happen but quite often, that hunch can open doors.
