Why use columns, which may have data included, to establish the last cell of a pivot table, if using the table's own range, the answer is more reliable?
=INDEX(C6:C10, ROWS(C6:C10)-1) - for the data
=INDEX(C6:C10, ROWS(C6:C10)) - for the grand total 🤗
