Yes, it is hard to grow a Channel. I started in 2012 and, as of now, have 9, 030 subscribers and 19, 110, 063 impressions. Hard work but satisfying too. Keep at it fellas.

The cynical would suggest taxes are politicians super.
Will loses in the fuel excise be offset (at least partly) by improved health of people that have cleaner air to breath.
