Answer: When you transfer a Lucky pokemon from Pokémon go it will become a normal Pokémon with no special qualities. It’s basically a waste.

Not to spoil the moment but Porygon was a gift Pokemon in saffron city after you take down team rocket, brother. Porygon is literally right outside the saffron Pokemon center.

You are extremely unlikely to transfer a Lucky Pokemon from PKMN Go into Let's Go because the Lucky status is based on the Pokemon's IVs. However, when you transfer a Pokemon, it rerolls the IVs.

If you guys want to find porygon capture 20 of the same species next go to route 7 and a porygon should appear

You can get a free porygon from a guy in saffron city, he should be on the left outside the Pokémon centre next to a porygon
