Service center main bataya unhone brake pad go ghis ke diya but kuch din baad firse shuru hua. Kya issue ho sakta hain? Please suggest

Bro before putting piston in caliper with new rubber seals mechanic has applied normal grease on piston and seals

Q .the presence of little grease and mixing with brake oil will cause any problem?
Note : but the brake is working fine.
Also the most of the grease get removed from the piston when it’s going inside.
