There are no cobras that reside in West Virginia so this is one of two things that brought this thing to be. It is either an an experiment on a cobra gone wrong or someone’s pet cobra was exposed to way too much radiation so quickly and if the cobra happened to be female upon the time and pregnant, that would mean there are more
