After struggling to make it work, 2 points of interest:
1) Must have read/write folder permissions for source and destination folders - for those in a domain environment
2) Will not work with long file names (no spaces allowed in folders)

I would want to create a back in a unique folder. I.e backup folder to have a distinctive date and time
