Solved! (sorry about my english) in iCUE I went back to Home/Commander Pro, then Lighting Setup, go to Setup Lighting Channel and change the number of Strips. At first, I had in 4 and it was identical to your video, but I changet to 5 and it worked very well. Hope some one could help this info.

might be late to the party, but I had an issue where sometimes only 2 of my ll120 fan’s rgb would work. Turned out that the second one in order had bad pins, which caused the rest of them to not receive power.

I have the same problem, and this is really annoying, I have done many tests, and the source of these problems is the h100i which apparently with the new Windows and Corsair icue updates creates problems for all the other components.
I say it because when I created a new profile on the icue and activated all the leds (6 LL120 and 4 corsair led strips), apart from those of my h100i platinum if, they worked perfectly without ever giving problems. if you were able to repair it let me know .

I had (and have again) the same problem. I replaced the defective fan. Any fans that are connected after the defective fan will show errors as well. Rearrange the fan order on the hub until only the last fan has errors, and you'll know which one is bad. Then replace that fan. It's not a software problem; It's a hardware problem.
