Pretty impressive I was gonna close and find another vid if it was TAS run. Good vid on X and figuring out how to attain the special move it's an awesome one hitter useful in the later stages and great demonstration of such😁👍

21:51 slow footage down and it looks like the lava blob phases through. A moment later there is a graphical cut in the footage when he attempts a slide dash across a gap. When viewed at full speed it's jarring and unlike any smooth scropling dash jumps prior. Spliced footage.

Edit: After my timestamp there are two dashes: a normal one and the spliced one. The normal one features dust kicked up that dissolves into particles as part of the dash animation. The other one was spliced partway through, jumping the positioning and removing the yellow dust entirely but showing the particles afterwards. Guy is a fraud. A fraud for MegaMan points, which is sad.

that's gotta be the dumbest thing ever when you're trying to reach for the hadouken upgrade.... if you ask me that should've been fixed where once you have everything it should just be there in that location anyway not just randomly dying until it finally shows up

I have a question. If you were going for no damage, couldn't the escape unit be used at the beginning of Armored Armadillo stage to revisit three more times after the second visit to obtain the 1-hit kill move and to save time, rather than giving up lives?
