I've watched a lot of tool-assisted speedruns, so sometimes it's weird for me to see actual speedruns that have an occasional "mistake" here and there, but then when I see how a player can have a handful of mistakes and still set the record, it goes to show how hard it is to do a flawless run on this game.

Unless those mistakes somehow manipulated whatever RNG's are involved and aren't really mistakes...

I've beat this game up one side and down the other. Been playing it since it was NEW. Still do on emulation. I've never seen it done in this order, with certain bosses having mechanics I didn't know could be exploited. And THEN you don't even go after the heart containers or anything else but the leggings, wander into Sigma's place in that condition, stand on ONE damn platform with position and timing and take out the final boss with HALF of your original life bar like you belong there! I hate you. (lol)
