Winter days going by, trip to a wintery beach bath in Österskär, Café Solbrännan

Winter days are going by with colder weather, more snow and ice, and also quite high winds. I am still preparing in some ways for spring, starting to take beta carotene as supplement as well to work on my tan and my beauty from the inside out. I am also decolouring my hair, and I am wondering how to proceed next. I have quite some hair loss on the top of my head due to my hypothyroidism. So I will have to consult a hairdresser I think about a haircut and some colouring as well maybe. I am usually doing my hair myself at home, but I am not sure where to go with it.
We are doing our best entertaining our autistic son that has a phase of wanting to be in charge. He keeps naging us untill we go do some activity with him. He seems to have a lot of energy and he wants to explore and experience things rather than relaxing at home which makes it difficult for us to relax on the weekends. So sometimes we split up and one of us parents takes him to see places, or if we find a good activity we do almost all things together. This weekend we went to a place called Österskär which has a quite known sea bath that is supposed to be pretty. We are checking it out although it's still winter to see if it might be worth going there in summer. As wee arrive we are more than pleasantly surprised how beautiful the place is. We enjoy a walk on the wintery beach and then have some coffee and cake in a little café before heading back home. This was a very good trip and a very good day that made us all happy.
