Keep fighting, but don't forget about the public school option for the rest of the school year.

It's not a sexy option but it works. Keeps your kid attending school while you work and fighting/figure out why this happened

To keep taking days off is just nonsense imo. It's like fighting with a politician or hell fighting for your point on the side of the road with the police. Settle down, go to court and live another day

But too often people miss simple logic and just wallow in their own doing. Most people who don't take things lying down don't do it with just plain disregard. They do it with calculating measurements that enforce their position across

This tends to lead to better results imo and better response/respect from the viewing public at large. Plus it's a win/win for both the kids in this situation and the parents. It's not a perfect win but move towards that in the next school year or sooner if you can. But absolutely don't just try and bully your way into it.
