There's need for more special educators but every child deserves equality regardless of who they're and where they come from, , education is a powerful tool that should be administered from both parents and educators

Love this topic. You all were on point on how to approach educating children especially our boys. I used to be an early childhood teacher and these were the areas, the ones that you mentioned I approached. Really appreciate you sharing this on your platform

My challenge with this interview is that it does not acknowledge the very real shortcomings, gaps etc, the uneven playing field, the overcrowded classrooms, lack of adequate funding, students (and teachers) in trauma etc. Kasan, Jason & Darien (all people I respect and admire) DO NOT represent the vast majority of the leaders and teachers in the system. They are the ideal NOT the overarching reality. We desperately need to address the very real issues and weaknesses in the system. Time for real talk and not pretty PR speak.
