I'm going to have to clone the repo and go through the steps and see if it works for me. I've had the portable and can't get it to run and have seen at least one comment about that being an issue. The same checkpoint works fine in forge but out of ram in comfyui

Just installed and run but got this error when loading the dev workflow and hitting Que Prompt:

Error occurred when executing CheckpointLoaderNF4:
got an unexpected keyword argument 'model_options'

EDIT: Resolved by running the ComfyUI updater .bat file

Thanks for the tutorial. I'm running NVIDIA GTX1650 with 4GB VRAM and my run on Schnell with 4 steps takes 12 minutes. There's actually no difference between dev and schnell for me. Both run at 3 minutes per step. Any advice on how to speed things up?
