Inspired by the Gene Keys, we’re taking a look at each Myers-Briggs cognitive function and exploring how each has 3 levels of health.

The Shadow - The ways in which we keep ourselves down, one-sided, overly self-focused, and maintain a victim stance against reality.

The Gift - The creative act that begins to welcome sovereignty into our lives to move energy and welcome others in.

The Siddhi - A Sanskrit meaning diving attainment or mastery. The emergence of connecting with whole Self and being in flow with the pure essence of this function.

Extraverted Thinking (Te) emphasizes organization, efficiency, and logical decision-making in the external world. They enjoy setting goals, networking, creating plans and structures from proven knowledge, and implementing systems to achieve desired outcomes — outcomes that can benefit others the more they connect with their humanity. They prioritize measurable results, objective standards, and clear procedures, often focusing on productivity and effectiveness. Extraverted Thinking manages resources, delegates tasks, and ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently, valuing practical solutions and concrete achievements in their endeavors.

This video explores these levels of health for Extraverted Thinking (Te).

Extraverted Thinking (Te) is the primary decision-making function for ENTJ, ESTJ, INTJ, and ISTJ in the Myers-Briggs system.
