Worth noting that out of those 3 controllers, only the 8bitdo one has rumble

The 8bitdo Pro 2 gots to be one of the best wireless controllers for pc, been using it for almost a year. No problems so far.

8-bit Do is king. has new setup with retro feel. Perfect for classic NES and SNES games. its very PS2 Dual shock 2 with a better D-Pad.

The Official Switch Pro Controller is still the best one for me tbh. Besides certain games like Smash Bros where GameCube is superior, or other games that only work with the JoyCons, the Pro Controller is 9/10 just the overall better option in terms of comfort, efficiency, and durability.

As someone who uses the Switch mostly in handheld mode, the Hori Split Pad Pro feels SOOO much better than using Joycons. On top of being cheaper at around $40-50 depending where you buy it. Though they don't have rumble or gyro which can make some games like Splatoon or Mario Odyssey feel a bit downgraded, and they can't be used in any other mode than handheld, they do come with turbo mode, programmable back pedal buttons, and redesigned grips that makes playing in handheld mode much more enjoyable.

Ive had the Hori wired controller for a while and while it may not list it since it is licensed it will work with most other devices that can use a USB controller such as PC and PS3.

Definitely would get the 8bit do pro controller for the TMNT Cowabunga Collection.

If you're talking budget, just get a wired powera controller. They go for $20 and have several colors and decals.

Fusion Pro Wireless controller does NOT have rumble. And with the black/white shell on, the control sticks are unable to reach the very edge, meaning in games like Splatoon where more tilt = more movement speed, your character won't be able to reach top speed in some cases.

Doesn’t the 8bitdo one also have a removable battery and you can substitute AA batteries in a pinch?

I'm Using the 8bitdo currently. Everything about it screams quality and attention to detail.

Using 8bitdo pro 2 on PC is great, especially for the recent elden ring. The extra face buttons and back pedals make it easier to run, move the camera, and run:dodge at the same time

Ya know, the 8bitdo is great to pair with a Raspberry Pi that's loaded up with games and emulators.

The 8 bitdo Pro 2 would be the one if only it could wake the Switch. You would think with how well it's made it could do that little function.🤷‍♂️

The 8Bitdo Pro+ one is great, but the rubber inside wears out ridiculously fast. NEVER use it for a fighting game.

You can also buy the 8bitdo wireless adapter and use an Xbox or PS controller with the switch.
