This Tyrant Cop rolls up and notices a man filming him, which is OUR RIGHT TO DO. 1st he draws his own camera for a quick CamBack which is not his right to do. Then this tiny Police Officer draws his side arm. Why!? Because this Keebler Elf Cop couldn't intimated a fly without his gun. As far as we know this little man was "forced" into retirement. At least he's off the streets.
